Do you accept referrals?

Yes. We are honored to accept referrals from other dental professionals as well as recommendations from our patients to friends and family. We appreciate the trust you place in us.

What payment options do you provide?

Our goal is to deliver the finest dental care available, and to make this investment in your health as affordable as possible. We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard. When more extensive dental care is needed, we offer payment options through third party financing companies.

What makes you different from any other dental office?

We are uniquely different from any other office you have visited because our mission is different. We understand that you have a choice of who you go to, and we would like to attract patients who are seeking exceptional care for themselves and their families. We are a team of dental professionals dedicated to excellence and passionate about the quality of dentistry we provide our patients. We want you to be able to keep your teeth for as long as you need them while focusing on your overall health, bite and comfort and appearance. Our goal is to provide the best care available to our patients, and build meaningful relationships with them in the process.

What will you do at the first appointment?

If this is not an emergency visit, where our primary concern is to get you comfortable, your initial appointment with us will last about an hour. This is when we take several different records for diagnosis. We start of with a series posture photos to record any changes in the future, and to give us information about your bite. After a thorough examination of your teeth and gums, we check your jaw joints using 3–D digital scans, and review your teeth and muscles for signs of clenching or grinding (an indicator of an imbalanced bite). In some cases, we will take impressions of your teeth to make models so you can decide what changes you would like. Intraoral and digital X-rays are also taken so you can see exactly what we see, and then all of the information gathered is reviewed with you. We will give you clear explanations about your dental health because we believe that informed decisions lead to better health overall.

What measures do you take to ensure patient safety?

We have installed a state-of–the-art sterilization system in our office to ensure patient safety. Just stop by for an office tour if you find yourself in the area. There’s nothing we like better than showing you how we go the extra mile with patient care in mind.

How can I get the forms you need me to complete prior to my visit?

Filling out you new patient forms prior to your appointment is a great idea! Simply click on the “patient forms” icon in the margin and choose the appropriate forms to print directly. Or if you prefer, call our office and we’ll be happy to mail you a copy right away.
